Blasting chamber

Suerteksa UAB have opened blasting chamber.
It was permanent problem of quality or delivery time to use local surface treatment suppliers. Therefore management have decided to invest into its own facilities just nearby steel production facilities. The chamber has size of LxB = 10.8 x 4.8 m and 2.5 m height. The size is not big, but it is covering almost full scope of the company fabricated products output. First components produced this months have been already blasted in this chamber to Sa 2.5 level. The blasting system is represented by steel grit blasting equipment, powerful air exhaust pump and filters.
Suerteksa is also right now in process to create its own cleaning, powder painting and drying chambers.
